Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with every purchase from Mini Monsters. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please note the following guidelines:

• Eligibility
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We regret that we cannot process any returns or exchanges requested after this period.

 

• Required Documents
  
  • Every order includes a courier slip. You will need to provide slip when initiating a return or exchange.

 

• Shipping Condition
  • To help us address any issues with third-party shipping, we recommend recording a brief video while opening your shipment. This ensures a smooth resolution should there be any damage or missing items.

 

• Refund
  • Refund will be generated and transferred to your preferred account within two working days after receiving the Returned Parcel.
  • At the time of refund full product price will be refunded to customer.
  • Deleivery charges will not be included in refund Amount.
